The specialised publication Markt und Mittelstand has compiled its first-ever rankings of Germany’s outstanding service providers. In the category “PR and Communications Agencies”, OSK achieved a “High Satisfaction” rating.
The publication commissioned the market research agency Service Value to collect and evaluate over 39,000 responses from small and midsized enterprises to the question: “Based on your experience or information from colleagues, what is your overall opinion of the following service providers?”
The respondents selected replies on a five-point scale: (1) Excellent, (2) Very good, (3) Good, (4) Poor (5) Insufficient information to make a judgement. On that basis, a weighted average was calculated for each service provider. Providers with a score higher than the overall average for the industry in question receive a “High satisfaction” rating.
The study and the results were released in the latest print issue of Markt und Mittelstand. The specialist publication appears 10 times a year with a print run of 100,000 per issue. The target group includes company owners, shareholders, directors and senior executives.
