Awarded in two categories
:Cologne, April 21, 2023 – Oliver Schrott Kommunikation has received the German B2B Award 2023 in the categories “TOP customer service” and “1st Place in price/performance” Both awards came in the PR agencies field.
The German B2B Award 2023 is one of the largest Germany-wide B2B rankings in the areas of customer satisfaction, customer service and value for money. It is awarded annually by the German Society for Consumer Studies mbH (DtGV). The awards are based on the evaluation of customer surveys. This year, more than 100,000 assessments of a total of 1,347 companies from 100 sectors were included in the evaluation. Only decision-makers who currently hold a position in middle or top management and have been a customer of the company during the last three years were included in the results. The companies examined were selected through independent research by the DtGV on the largest and most important providers in the sectors under consideration. The customer assessment was completely self-initiated and without any involvement from the companies. They were assessed using three simple, easily understandable and valid scores: 1. “Customer satisfaction score”, 2. “Customer service score”, and 3. “Price-performance score”.
As an independent research institute, the DtGV aims to provide orientation with empirically-based industry studies to facilitate the selection of a provider. The winners will be officially published on the DtGV website from today.
