OSK wins with Freightliner world premiere in two categories:
Cologne/New York – October, 2015 // With the world premiere of the Freightliner Inspiration truck, OSK was awarded in not just one but two categories at the BizBash Event Style Awards. The spectacular production at the Hoover Dam was honored by the jury of the renowned North-American competition as the best product launch as well as for the best use of special effects at an event. The jurors selected the best entry from a total of about 1,000 submissions in 30 categories.
The prestigious prizes were awarded as a highlight of the professional fair BizBash Live: The Expo in New York, on the evening of October 27th. For the third time in a row, the editors of the trade magazine for event planning of the same name (BizBash) honored – in cooperation with external experts – outstanding projects which have a significant influence on the international event and meeting industry.

With the eye-catching presentation of the first autonomously driving truck with road approval, OSK had turned the Hoover Dam into the largest drivable stage of the world in May 2015. 60 high-performance projectors created a gigantic projection measuring 39,000 square meters on the 221 meters high dam wall. With a light output of 1.17 million lumens – the highest value ever recorded – the projection was awarded the “Guinness World Record” right on the spot.
