In order to continuously improve our service and to optimize it for your needs, we require your help. Therefore, we kindly ask you to invest five to ten minutes in our OSK customer survey.
- On the basis of three service fields – “Competence & Contact”, “Communication Disciplines”, “Quality & Overall Performance” – we kindly ask you to rate OSK.
- Corresponding individual questions are assigned to these three overarching fields and can be answered on a scale of 1 (very good) to 6 (very bad).
- In the competence field “communication disciplines”, you only need to answer the questions about the agency services you use.
- For each of the last two questions, we ask you to give an overall mark. These do not have to reflect the average of the previous evaluations, but should serve as a personal assessment or overall evaluation.
- Basically it is a matter of measuring the performance of OSK and, if necessary, finding and using improvement potentials for cooperation.
