November 2008 — The Siemens exider­dome, devel­oped, built and oper­ated by OSK, has won the “Siemens Commu­ni­ca­tions Award 2008”. The mobile exhi­bi­tion and commu­ni­ca­tion plat­form achieved the top rank in the “Com­pany-wide Commu­ni­ca­tion” cate­gory and was honoured as the best commu­ni­ca­tion project of the Munich tech­nology group. The deci­sive criteria were strategy, execu­tion, benefit, best prac­tices and coher­ence with the overall Siemens brand appear­ance and corpo­rate design. The “Siemens Commu­ni­ca­tions Award” is only awarded every five years. All employees and teams of the Siemens group and affil­i­ated compa­nies world­wide can apply for the prize.

The Siemens exider­dome is a flex­ible and vari­able exhi­bi­tion pavilion presenting the full scope of the Siemens IA&DT prod­ucts and services. It consists of 35 high-profile modules, which together provide a total of 1,000 square metres of exhi­bi­tion space and can be set up nearly every­where. The repeat­edly distin­guished exider­dome toured through China, Thai­land, Taiwan, Russia, Mexico, Canada and the USA, between 2005 and 2009.
