Under the heading “Developing Competences”, Oliver Schrott Kommunikation conceived and realized the integrated internal communication for the Robert Bosch GmbH further education initiative “Diesel Systems Academy” (DSA). The campaign which was developed in co-operation with the Diesel Systems Marketing Team, introduces the newly-created program to Bosch associates and encourages participation. The communication program is running for an initial period of two years, and includes design development, editorial, intranet communication, media production and an internal presentation tour.
Following the successful introduction of the Academy in Germany and its growing popularity, OSK is also working in parallel to the campaign at German facilities on the international roll-out of the DSA, with specific communications activities at Bosch DS locations in countries such as the USA and China.
As a central marketing instrument of the business unit, the Diesel Systems Academy offers outward-facing DS associates communication and information tools, as well as a substantial palette of training recommendations and coaching programs. Existing capabilities are consolidated and built upon, while new competences are introduced and developed. But it’s not simply a matter of professional expertise soft skills are also crucial, and receive special attention. The primary objective the improvement of customer satisfaction worldwide.
