Perhaps the most unusual project in the agency history of Oliver Schrott Kommunikation — the organization of the visit of US President Bill Clinton to the Opel facility in Eisenach, one of General Motors’ prestige international facilities. The agency had two weeks to prepare for the visit of the President and his host, German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, their delegations and hundreds of guests, politicians and journalists. This included the planning, approval and building of the main event and ancillary areas, as well as the complete infrastructure — also taking into consideration the particular security demands required for a state visit by a US President. In parallel, the agency developed a brand-oriented supplementary program for the journalists and members of the White House press corps in order to maximize the positive impact for the image of Opel throughout the world.

In all my years of experience I have never come across a production company quite like yours. If I could take your operation with me on every states visit, I would.

Mwitu Ndugu, Associate Director of Presidential Advance,
The White House, Washington
