With a marketing campaign for the auto­mo­tive divi­sion of Freuden­berg Sealing Tech­nolo­gies (FST) - the biggest tech­nology specialist for sealing solu­tions world­wide - OSK strengthens the public aware­ness of the company as a provider of inno­va­tive and sustain­able concepts as well as problem solu­tions. The product package LESS is an answer to the chal­lenges of the auto­mo­tive future - with inno­va­tive solu­tions leading to a reduc­tion of fric­tion and weight and there­fore less exhaust emis­sions.

The campaign follows the example of bionics and trans­fers phenomena from nature to tech­nology. The social rele­vance of the FST solu­tions is staged with the help of bold image motifs, which adds a strong emotional touch to the tech­no­log­ical inno­va­tions of the manu­fac­turer. Domi­nant pictures of prod­ucts and exces­sive descrip­tions are conse­quently left out - true to the motto: LESS is more.

First print prod­ucts are a multi­lin­gual customer brochure as well as different ads with single motifs. Addi­tion­ally, there is a video for the LESS Microsite based on this visual concept.

At the end of October 2016, the concept was awarded the marketing prize of the Rhein-Neckar region in the cate­gory “big compa­nies” and made it on the short­list of the Euro­pean Excel­lence Award 2016.
