Cologne/Friedrichshafen, November 15, 2016 - Oliver Schrott Kommu­nika­tion (OSK) is now the lead agency of ZF Friedrichshafen. After a two-stage pitch, the agency won the bid for the commu­ni­ca­tions account of the world's third-largest auto­mo­tive supplier, the package includes internal and marketing commu­ni­ca­tions as well as PR, publi­ca­tions and world­wide trade fair appear­ances. Coop­er­a­tion offi­cially starts at the begin­ning of the new year, initial projects are already in the works.

To provide optimal support for the new customer, OSK will open a new office at the ZF head­quar­ters in Friedrichshafen. There, a six-person account team (for now) will handle commu­ni­ca­tion, coor­di­na­tion and project manage­ment in close prox­imity. Friedrichshafen becomes the sixth OSK loca­tion in one line with Cologne, Stuttgart, Berlin, New York and Beijing.

ZF expects sales of 35 billion euros this year, which is achieved by 135,000 employees. Since the takeover of TRW in 2015, the company has been ranked third after Bosch and Conti­nental among the world's largest auto­mo­tive suppliers.
