Cologne, 2nd September 2014 // Harald Lipken (44), David Korte (35) and Holger Bätz (45) are new members of the team at Oliver Schrott Kommu­nika­tion GmbH (OSK). These three expe­ri­enced commu­ni­ca­tion profes­sionals strengthen the Cologne agency in the fields of Creation, Consulting and Admin­is­tra­tion.

As Director of Creation, Harald Lipken has taken charge of the creative OSK product with over­ar­ching respon­si­bility for Concep­tion, Creation, Archi­tec­ture and Design. Until now, this archi­tect had been active at Triad, Berlin in the fields of live commu­ni­ca­tion, fairs and exhi­bi­tions, most recently as Creative Director and Co-Head of the Events/Brand Expe­ri­ences Unit.

As Director of Plan­ning, David Korte strengthens Customer Coun­selling at the Cologne commu­ni­ca­tion agency, and his task is to develop over­ar­ching strate­gies in the force field between classic PR, Social Media, Content Marketing, Live Expe­ri­ences and Commu­ni­ca­tion in Space. This grad­uate in busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion comes from Germany’s biggest live marketing agency, VOK DAMS, where he was active as Director of Strategy & Concept. In his previous post he helped, among other things, to set up the Advi­sory Unit VOK DAMS Consulting.

As the new Director of Finance, Holger Bätz strengthens the Board of Manage­ment at Oliver Schrott Kommu­nika­tion. This busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion grad­uate and tax consul­tant comes from Geom­etry Global, where his last func­tion was as Chief Finan­cial Officer of this digital agency that belongs to the WPP Network. Before that, Bätz was CEO of BBDO Services.

During the past week OSK announced that the agency had acquired a majority holding in the Berlin digital agency compuc­cino.
