Cologne, 2nd September 2014 // Harald Lipken (44), David Korte (35) and Holger Bätz (45) are new members of the team at Oliver Schrott Kommunikation GmbH (OSK). These three experienced communication professionals strengthen the Cologne agency in the fields of Creation, Consulting and Administration.
As Director of Creation, Harald Lipken has taken charge of the creative OSK product with overarching responsibility for Conception, Creation, Architecture and Design. Until now, this architect had been active at Triad, Berlin in the fields of live communication, fairs and exhibitions, most recently as Creative Director and Co-Head of the Events/Brand Experiences Unit.
As Director of Planning, David Korte strengthens Customer Counselling at the Cologne communication agency, and his task is to develop overarching strategies in the force field between classic PR, Social Media, Content Marketing, Live Experiences and Communication in Space. This graduate in business administration comes from Germanys biggest live marketing agency, VOK DAMS, where he was active as Director of Strategy & Concept. In his previous post he helped, among other things, to set up the Advisory Unit VOK DAMS Consulting.
As the new Director of Finance, Holger Bätz strengthens the Board of Management at Oliver Schrott Kommunikation. This business administration graduate and tax consultant comes from Geometry Global, where his last function was as Chief Financial Officer of this digital agency that belongs to the WPP Network. Before that, Bätz was CEO of BBDO Services.

During the past week OSK announced that the agency had acquired a majority holding in the Berlin digital agency compuccino.
