Cologne, April 2013 - Factual, clearly laid out, informative: in this third edition of the fact book “Energie kompakt”, Vaillant, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of heating technology, throws light on the most important aspects of the energy transformation in Germany. Having long since proved its value to journalists and those active on the energy market as a tool for their work and research, this book once more contains carefully selected facts, lists important sources and analyses the backgrounds and interrelationships of sustainable energy. “Energie kompakt” provides clear and independent information on the current status of the ongoing debate and thus makes an important contribution towards factual, unemotional discussions and well-founded reports. Clearly laid out diagrams and charts make it possible to gain a rapid overview of the subject.

By presenting a collection of facts in this unique format, Vaillant underscores its role as a mentor in the field of renewable energies and environmentally-friendly future technologies. The great interest shown in this fact book proves that the plans are on the right track: it is not only individuals and institutions working in the political scenario but also in-house company departments such as sales and service which order copies of “Energie kompakt”.

It was in 2009 that OSK, sector leader in the field of environmental communication, conceived and realized the first edition of “Energie kompakt”, which was completely revised in 2011. In the new, up-to-the-minute issue now published, both the company and the agency are concentrating on the new focus of energy transformation and sustainable energy utilization.
