OSK proves taste and spices up the press conference for the presentation of the “Guide Michelin 2013” with a lineup of stars: all ten current German 3-star chefs received, for the first time, their award in person. A particular culinary enjoyment for the around 50 media representatives, apart from the live talks with the star team, was the show cooking of Tim Raue from Berlin Kreuzberg, who at this event was awarded two stars for the first time by the restaurant testers.

In addition to the star chefs, the press also had the opportunity to talk to Ralf Flinkenflügel the chief tester of the German red culinary bible, as well as to Michael Ellis, the International Director of Guide Michelin.

The occasion for the press conference at the Berliner Freiheit at Potsdamer Platz besides the new edition of the German Guide Michelin, was the start of the new restaurant search engine http://restaurant.michelin.de , by the French experts in good taste.

With the appetisingly presented information the agency went straight to the heart of the media interest. The result: around 1,700 print and online articles in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
