Cologne/Cascais, September 2011 For Tetra Pak, the worldwide market leader for liquid food packaging, Oliver Schrott Kommunikation is realizing an international human-resources conference involving over 100 people with HR responsibilities from around 30 countries. The aim of the event, which is to be held under the motto “One HR Setting Sail for 2020” is the shared commitment of all HR departments for the future orientation of this strategically significant business sector.
In order to permanently anchor the “One HR” concept in the minds of the HR experts, to get them all “on board” together, figuratively speaking, OSK is relying on a balanced mixture of information and team-building measures in its planning of the contents and concepts for the event.
