Cologne/Cascais, September 2011 - For Tetra Pak, the world­wide market leader for liquid food pack­aging, Oliver Schrott Kommu­nika­tion is real­izing an inter­na­tional human-resources confer­ence involving over 100 people with HR respon­si­bil­i­ties from around 30 coun­tries. The aim of the event, which is to be held under the motto “One HR - Setting Sail for 2020” is the shared commit­ment of all HR depart­ments for the future orien­ta­tion of this strate­gi­cally signif­i­cant busi­ness sector.

In order to perma­nently anchor the “One HR” concept in the minds of the HR experts, to get them all “on board” together, figu­ra­tively speaking, OSK is relying on a balanced mixture of infor­ma­tion and team-building measures in its plan­ning of the contents and concepts for the event. The partic­i­pa­tion in the programme of Tetra Pak’s CEO and Pres­i­dent Dennis Jönsson under­scores the high status of the event and ensures an enhanced degree of moti­va­tion among the partic­i­pants to achieve the common goal.
