Las Vegas, May 2011 - There were surprised faces at the strategy meeting of Tetra Pak USA in Las Vegas: instead of the usual facts-and-figures-packed transparencies and overloaded charts, the business field Ambient was introduced with a humorous, playfully realized film. The star of this 7-minute reel: a Tetra Brik pack called Agent Slim with an explosive secret mission. His task is to conquer the North American market for milk packs - the biggest such market in the world.
The normally quite rational topic of business strategy was presented here for the first time with moving pictures in an extraordinary and highly emotional way. Nevertheless, the most important facts were by no means forgotten. Introductory films for the three other business fields Chilled, Food and Beverage that were as entertaining as they were informative roused the enthusiasm of the 150 executives at the meeting of this global player.
The contents and optical realizations of the four films are completely different - from a spoof secret-agent film via a scribbled sketch right up to the world of 3D and homage to Monty Python - but they form a communicative unity. Story-boards, text-scripts, conception and realisation are all from the creativity workshop that is Oliver Schrott Kommunikation. The films were produced and directed entirely by OSK - even the film music is from our own sound studio. Two of the films were studio productions; the two others are purely animated cartoons produced by the agencys Motion Design Team.
